Logitech G430 sends what I hear

I had this headset for about 5 months and now I have a big problem. The headset sends EVERYTHING I hear, even when it isn't a loud sound at all. I did a few tests with my friends on discord, and even when I mute the microphone on the physical mute button on the cord, my friends can still hear the whole audio output. I tried reinstalling the Logitech Gaming Software but that didn't fix the problem. I also opened a support ticket a few days ago and requested warranty, but I didn't get an answer yet. This is really annoying and I would really appreciate some help! Thanks!
