Easy way to stutter edit multiple vocal tracks at once?

Let's say I have 10 vocal tracks (basically these tracks are various vocal layers) and I want to put stutter repeats in certain sections across all tracks, how would I do this easily?

If there were just one track, usually I would cut and paste and repeat sections onto a new track, however because there are 10 tracks, I would have to create another 10 tracks to do the same thing. Is there an easier way of doing this?

I could freeze it down into one file, but that would be destructive, if I ever wanted to change a layer.
