Is there any particular reason why I can’t record anything without having to deal with a ridiculous amount of delay/latency? I’ve tried bouncing my files in place and removing the plugins so my computer won’t have to handle so much. It’s gotten to the point to where the only way I can record guitar or anything external is if it’s the very first thing I do and once it’s recorded I can’t add any more because of the delay. No matter what I try, it sounds like I have a slap back delay on or something, like a 100 ms delay from when I strum a chord to when it plays back. I’m plugging my guitar into my hx stomp then into my interface, maybe I have 3 or 4 plugins on the guitar but it doesn’t seem like I should be getting so much latency. Any advice would help, has anyone else had to deal with this? Sorry if the formatting is weird on this, I’m pretty frustrated as I type and honestly I have no clue what I’m doing wrong
