Track Volume Keeps Resetting (LP9)

Hey guys, I keep running into an issue with one of the tracks in my current project. The fader is set incredibly low (-29dB) for whatever reason. Every time I try to turn it up for playback it resets back to -29. The only fix I've been able to find by searching is turning off Independent Monitoring in the Preferences>Audio menu but it hasn't helped. Thanks for any input, guys!
