Can anyone help with my MacBook Pro/logic /update issue please?

I have a MacBook pro 2011 running on sierra. It says I need to update but says update incompatible. I’m not great at all this and then the storage part has really confused me as well. I don’t know what’s going on! I really need to download virus software on my Mac but it’s not letting me. It’s not letting me when I click download it just does nothing and getting stressed lol
