Monitors Vs. Headphones

I just plugged my laptop into these two Rokit monitors and my cymbals and hi-hats seem to be of lower volume on them than on the headphones.
A couple of other channels also have a quality/volume difference. Can someone please explain why?
Should I stick to headphones? Should I get rid of them and only produce on monitors?
I included a photo of the headphones and the interface in using just for reference.
All info is appreciated, thanks!
