AT&T Fiber has been down for 3 days

They have kept saying it’ll be fixed by EOD for the last 3 days and I’m done with their bullshit. I’m looking at Astound Broadband(ppl in a post on here a year ago called it RCN.) They have fiber available but I just wanted to ask around and see if anybody experienced problems with them.
