What ideas do you have for a locking gaming challange?

So ive had the idea to lock yourself and earn your unlock by defeating a boss or winning a amount of wins. And i toungt maybe other people have more ideas. Maybe you have an idea of a good game for sich a challange or a fun objectiv that you have to clear to unlock.
Two of my ideas: -CS2 / OW2 / online pvp win X ammount of games. -winning a Bossfight on (extra)difficulty (for example in DOOM)
