Best cardiod to start out with?

I’m sure this has been asked before but I can’t find anything (on mobile).

Looking to get more kit. I have a rode NTG3 and a rode wireless filmmaker lav (replacing with the newer sennheisser wireless setup). Also getting a new pole, and upgrading from the tascam dr60dmkii to maybe a zoom f4.

What’s the best cardioid to get for starting out? Mainly looking for the proper mic for indoor interviews or dialogue. I went with the NTG3 over something cheaper for longevity, so really anything from $500-$1000 could work.
