Hey everyone, don't mean to be a sob, however I was struck with back luck a few months ago. I'm a chef in San diego and then went out for my lunch break, was walking in the cross walk and was struck by a motorist and they fled. I woke up on the pavement, didn't see it coming and broke my leg and hip. I had to take a few months off to heal, while racking up bills. Once I thought I was able enough to go back to work after about 9 weeks. I get to work and give my managers my hospital paperwork, stating I'm healthy enough to do most tasks. However to my shock, the entire staff was let go and replaced without anyone calling or telling me. I was excited to get back to work after being bed bound. Then getting the new I was fired. Well everyone was let go. They said they wanted to go a different direction..Since then I've been having a lot of bills pile up andy medical bills are coming in. It's has taken a toll on my credit score now I can't get a personal loan. I just got a new restaurant gig, it's union, however it goes by seniority and I'm not  going to get all the hours for a few weeks. So I need a lil bit of help for a cushion so I don't stress out as much at night.
