A former street urchin from Zaun with a predilection for snatching valuables from homes, he works with a collective of Chem-barons to spy on the Piltovan elite. He built his own fortune, and then went double agent for the Piltovans. Now he plays them off each other, seeking to bring them both down by each other's hand.
He's a skirmisher-ish champion with a lot of gap closing potential. He uses a unique trinket called a Recording Device to gather Intel on enemy champions, learning their weaknesses so he can exploit them.
