Summary: A member of the alien Gnutes, he uses highly advanced alien tech. He is part of the faction that remained on the planet after the mothership Pōhaku left with the Travelers aboard. He is a member of the Skaps, the middle class of Clutch society.

Appearance

His skin is a mottled blue-green. He is in a jumpsuit made of shiny metallic fabric. He has a belt with various meters and screens on it, as well as a backpack-like object on his back. This opens up, revealing various kinds of technology, depending on what technology he's using. He doesn't have hair, but instead has gill-like frills, similar to an Axolotl. His hands and feet are exposed, revealing yellowish webbing between his four toes and three fingers, plus a thumb. He has a bubble-like helmet, with green-lensed goggles on.

He is carrying a gun-shaped device, but instead of a barrel, it has an antenna-like object, with a dish. The side of the device has coils with fluid flowing through them. As this device charges from his passive, the fluid changes in color, starting watery blue, then going red, yellow, and white as it heats up from the energy. If he uses his W, the device starts to spray steam and sparks.

Lore

Deep within the barren planet Penina, a scientist laughs maniacally as he flips a switch, causing fluids to surge through transparent pipes into a swirling vortex. As the scientist stares into the churning waters, they begin to glow. Starting off blue, they quickly become green, then yellow, orange, red, purple, and finally dark black.

Then, out of the darkness, an image appears. An image of a world covered in vast oceans and fertile landscapes. The scientist runs to a nearby closet, hurriedly donning a strange suit. He gathers several gadgets lying around the workshop, before strapping a large device to his back. He picks up a gun-like device, and stands at the precipice of the portal before he steps in, thinking to himself how nothing could go wrong.

When he awoke, he was in the middle of some foreign woodland. He could not see where he had entered from, before he noticed, far and away in the sky, there was a tiny, swirling black speck. He watched in abject terror as the portal shrank, and disappeared with a bubble-pop. He stared at the space the portal had occupied only a moment before. Then, with a look of determination, he set off through the woods.

He came upon a grand metropolis, teeming with the sultry aroma of scientific advancement. He made his way toward the city, in search of new technology, and a way home.

Abilities

Passives: Gnute Techno-Converter - Kilehana converts 60% of his ability power into attack damage or 120% of his attack damage into ability power, adaptive (If he builds AP, he converts AP into AD. If he builds AD, he converts AD into AP.)

Charge-Beam - Kilehana's basic attacks do not shoot a projectile. Instead, a constant beam of energy is locked onto the target, dealing damage every 0.25 seconds. This beam applies on-hit effects with half damage, any slows applied are half as effective, and any CC applied lasts half as long.

While the beam is locked onto a target, Kilehana can move around, although he is slowed by 30%. This amount is reduced by 10% with every rank in his ultimate.

This beam increases in damage every 1.5 seconds, up to three times. This time is reduced by gaining Attack Speed, reducing the delay by 0.005 seconds with every 1% bonus attack speed.

The lowest the delay between increases can get is 0.25 seconds with 250% Bonus Attack Speed. Any bonus attack speed gained beyond this is converted into AP, with 1% attack speed converting to 1 AP.

The beam's damage starts at 2% AP 5% AD per tick. An additional 1% AP 3.33% AD is added every time the damage increases in power, capping at 5% AP 15% AD. The beams damage is adaptive.

After being charged, the beam sustains the level it was charged to for 1.5 seconds before losing a level of charge every 0.5 seconds. The delay before the charge is lost increases with ranks in his ultimate.

This beam cannot critically hit. Critical hit chance applies as a percentage increase in damage to the beam, increasing the beams damage by 0.1% per 1% critical strike chance.

This beam deals 50% damage to structures.

Item Interactions:

Infinity Edge - Grants Kilehana an additional 5% bonus damage on his Charge-Beam.

Rapid Firecannon - Kilehana's attack range is increased by 25.

Energized Attacks (Shiv, Stormrazor, etc) - Charges aren't built from attacking, charges built from moving build 15% faster.

Q: Phase Converter - Kilehana activates the device on his back, launching two energy projectiles out. They wave away and toward each other as they move forward. Enemies struck are damaged and marked. An enemy can be struck by both projectiles.

If a marked enemy is attacked by a fully-charged Charge-Beam, they are slowed.

This ability moves similarly to how Janus's (From SMITE) Unstable Vortex moves.

W: Rail Gun - When Kilehana's Charge-Beam is fully charged, he can fire a round from his rail gun at the target of his Charge-Beam. This projectile flies at the targeted enemy, but can be intercepted by other enemies. Targets hit take physical damage, and this projectile applies on-hits.

If the target is marked by Phase Converter, they have their resistances reduced by a percentage for a short period.

This ability's cooldown scales with attack speed, and is not affected by normal cooldown reduction.

E: Reflector Plate - Kilehana places a beam reflector at a target location. He can then use that reflector to extend the range of his Charge-Beam, reducing the charge level by one per reflector the beam passes through. Reflectors grant vision in their radius for 1 second when placed.

Enemy champions can attack the reflector, destroying it in 2 hits for melee, and 3 hits for ranged. Destroying the reflector rewards the enemy with 5 gold.

If an enemy is within the radius of the reflector, and you are within attack range of the reflector, you can attack the enemy through the reflector. Basic attacking the enemy will automatically route through the least amount of reflectors needed to reach them. Reflectors can be chained to extend the Charge-Beam's range significantly, as well as bending the range around corners.

R: Laina Luku - Passive: The duration the Charge-Beam sustains it's current charge increases.

Active: Kilehana unleashes two massive beams of energy. Starting at a 90° angle to each other, they quickly sweep toward and past each other, ending in a 25° angle. Enemies can be hit by either beam once, taking magic damage, and those caught in the convergence area take additional magic damage equal to their missing health.

If this beam passes through a beam reflector, the reflector overheats and explodes, dealing damage to nearby enemies and knocking them away slightly.
