Garrett, The Puppateer
Post Body

This is my first champ concept, so bear with me! I'm sure there's been other champs concepts that used garrote wires, but I haven't seen them.

I was hoping his back-story would involve Shaco somehow, since Shaco really doesn't have much relation to any other champion. His playstyle would be as a Jungle/Bruiser, as Steakosaurus was awesome enough to point out to me. I have changed a few things, and while it seems a bit more complicated, i feel his kit looks a lot better this way.

Garrett, The Puppeteer.

Health: 455 ( 80) Health Regen: 5 ( .9) Mana: Uses energy bars based on his available Garrote wires. Difficulty: 7 Attack Damage: 59( 3.3) Attack Speed: 0.7 (3.3%) Attack Range: 175 (Enhanced Melee) Armor: 18 ( 3.3) Magic Res.: 27 ( 0) Move Speed: 350

Dual Passive: Puppet Mastery: Instead of mana, Garrett uses a reserve of garrote wires. He starts with one, and as he levels up Q, he is granted more. He can keep a maximum of 6 wires with his Manipulating Grasp fully upgraded. He is automatically refreshed a new wire every 6.5 seconds. (6 seconds at level 11, and 5.5 seconds at level 18)

Mannequin's Melee: Causes autoattacks that do not use Garrote wires to bleed enemies health by .3% (.6% at level 11, 1% at level 18) maximum health for 3 seconds, and gives his Garrote wires an extra 3% bonus attack range every 3 levels while he has a Manipulating Grasp garrote available.

Q: Manipulating Grasp: Auto attacks attach a garrote to an enemy target. Garrotes are harmlessly destroyed after moving 650 range from a target. Can attach a maximum of 3 wires to a single target. Can activate to break the attached wire, and deal 30-50-70-100 ( 90% AD). Activating while 2 wires are on a target will do 10% more damage. 3 wires will deal 15% more damage. 15-13-11-8.5 second cooldown. When all wires are attached to targets, and while Manipulating Grasp is on cooldown, Garrett loses his bonus attack range, and uses close range bleeding melee attacks. If an enemy champion is killed with Manipulating Grasp, a single wire is refreshed.

W: Prestigious Trick: Uses an available wire to cut open a hole in the ground which Garrett falls through, then reappears through another hole which appears at reactivation on cursor click. 700 Range. 30-26-24-22-20 second cooldown. Failing to reactivate within 3 seconds will cause him to reappear through the same hole which he fell through.

E: Violent Tether: Activating will cause unbroken wires to slow enemies by 35% for 1.5 seconds, and instantly drain 3%-4%-5%-6%-8% of targets current health, and healing Garrett by the same amount. 10-8-7-6-5 second cooldown. 2 wires attached will deal 5% more damage. 3 wires deal 10% more damage.

R: Bloody Final Act: All enemy targets, minions, champions, and neutral monsters within 800 range instantly have all garrote wires available pierced into them with a maximum of 6 being used, and are surged with dark energy, dealing 200-300-400 ( 80% AD). Prioritizes champions, and only a single wire may attach to any target with this ability. The wires act as regular wires, and can be reactivated using Manipulating Grasp or Violent Tether if not broken. Any wire that hits after 650 range is instantly broken.

The changes I've made I hope bring balance, or more use of the wires in his playstyle at the very least. Now his combo would be to stack his available wires, use his E to slow and drain, beat on them a few times with his close range autoattacks that bleed, then activating his Q to finish them off. His W now uses an available wire to cast, meaning that using it to engage will effect his damage output, and using his ult will leave him with no way to escape. His ultimate now has no CC, and while the wires surge with extra damage, they act as regular wires. It is possible to ult and hit people within 800 range, but the wire instantly snaps, as they are out of range for it to stay attached. Those within 650 range can have the wire activated on them with Q, thus dealing a bit more damage.

Hope you all enjoyed!

Edit: Realized I spelled puppeteer wrong >>;

Second edit: Changed a bunch of stuff!
