Hi! So I'm about to go to my local 주민센터 to change my address. First off I wanna see this is totally my fault for doing this so late. But I moved from my goshiwon to my new place around the end of April and I was in the middle of my midterms and it totally slipped my mind until a friend brought up their address change a month ago. I didn't have anytime to do it then and I finally am able to go and change my address.
I know I'm going to get a fine but I heard from my friend that i was able to delay for 6 months but seeing all the other people post looks like it's only 2 weeks. I'm just worried about the fine being too high and that I am unable to pay it upfront since I'm getting my pay next week but I'm leaving the country for the holidays in a few days. I'm wondering if they have like a bank account I can send the money to once I receive my pay from my part time job.
If this was a bit confusing feel free to ask for clarification and I know again that this is my fault. Thanks for the help!
