Hello there, I would like to have insights to people who suffered a car accident like me,

oct 19 when going home riding a bicycle, im on the pavement left side of the road where people walk and suddenly car driver took a turn right and it hit me,

i suffered bruises especially on my right leg, 4 front tooth injury but only 1 tooth is visibly broken, nose fracture(dont need to operate), lip laceration, scratches on my face

fast forward, i stayed 3 weeks on hosp, went to dentist and fix my teeth with root canal and dental crown on all front tooth, the dental treatment is finish,

i talk with the insurance adjuster and only offered me 2m krw, which struct me and made me furious, he said that my tooth are okay and not totally broken, he even said that i also have 30% fault on the accident which i strongly object because im on the proper lane and the car drive is on wrong because he cross without looking, \

now, i already talk to 1 lawyer and i can only get 4m maximum, im not sure about this, i lost about 3.2krw wage, my tooth is fix but dentist said i cannot use it to bite permanently because it might broken, i feel like i was nowhere to go and cause me a lot of stress, can i ask human rights to help me file a case againt the insurance company? can the court help me to get the fair value settlement? please someone help me, i feel like im not getting the right justice, i work really hard and fairly in korea, im thinking im just a foreigner so they treat me like this, do you think i cant get fair settlement with human rights? pls help me, your insights will be much appreciated
