Hi all! I'm finally going to the tax office next Friday to register for a business license as a sole proprietor to sell handmade crafts online and wanted to know what other documents I would need to provide.
The business type will be ์ ์์๊ฑฐ๋ ์๋งค์ - E-commerce, ์ ์ข ์ฝ๋ - 525101 and I will be choosing ๊ฐ์ด ๊ณผ์ธ์ - Simplified Taxpayer
From what I could gather on the internet I will need to provide the following documents,
Copy of alien registration card
A copy of the rental agreement
Copy of resident registration
We originally a while ago tried to apply through the Home Tax website and my husband found he needs to prepare 6 documents pertaining to HIS information and employment. Nowhere I could find any information online saying my spouse would have to provide documentation for a business license that we are registering for me.
Is it because of my type of visa they need documentation from him?? Did we fill out the application wrong maybe? He is not going to be a part of my business and I want everything in my name. My husband is a Korean citizen and I am an American citizen here on an F-6 Visa, no kids.
