Need suggestions for a clean up service.

Anyone used a cleaning service. I usually do it myself but I strained my back and I am also sick I've got my mom coming to visit with my sis my house looks like a pig sty.
Looking at different services I am paralyzed by the choices and no one wants to give a quote without actually taking my number and email.
Any suggestions or advice Will be greatly appreciated.
