Normal to abnormal in 2 months M58

My results 2 months ago were completely normal ie AST 20, ALT 40
I started to have a slight pain when I would swallow liquids. Hence getting tested again. No other symptoms. Maybe a little tired.
I am a drinker (have now obviously stopped). It seems those drastic changes would not be caused by drinking alone. Internet calculator says hepatitis.
Will get ultra sound next week. Also tests for hepatitis.
Are high dose vitamin C cocktails ok? What about glutathione?
Any thoughts? Suggestions?
