I received a eviction notice and the last day is March 4. The landlord will unlock the door upon request that's not the problem. He has went though all my stuff and throw it in the middle of the floor like everything my clothes my personal belongings my wife clothes and her belongings and her mother's stuff also that died last week. Also I'm not late on any payment for rent. He says I am but thier is no written agreement between the two of us. I'm just wondering what legal rights I have in Arkansas. I really not mind moving I just don't want my property destroyed. Plus they have done started to remodeling the home before the end date of my eviction notice I'm just wondering wat my rights.
