The Hunter's Possible Face

During the gameplay demo, I spotted the same portrait thats below the Granny's in the Hunter's cabin(at around 6:59). It got me thinking that the face in the portrait and the Hunter are one and the same. The face in the portrait has a big wonky eye, and the Hunter just so happens to have one eyehole in his mask.
