So I've hardly been on lately, and a lot of shit has compounded IRL and in game that make me no longer want to play, at least in Little Latvia. This is especially tough for me because I've spent almost a year (it will have been a year in a few weeks) working on Little Latvia, building, helping set up infrastructure, lobbying for LL in the U3P and getting to know you all.

But now we've barely even got a city. We haven't really had a community since early this summer when Darkflame Left and I've been trying to keep us going with projects and festivals and stuff but my plans never come into fruition. Something always happens and it all falls through the cracks. I just can't do it anymore.

This doesn't have to be the end of LL. Whether you like it or not, /u/Nightmaresplody, this is your show now. Congratulations, you are the new Patriarch. I talked to you about this in August when I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to play while in college and now your time has come. I think you've got moderator status on most of the vital groups, and if you encounter problems just send me a PM.

As for me, I'll finish up the month as LL's senator before I leave altogether. After that, I'm not sure. I've been thinking of moving to somewhere in the Krautchan Empire for a couple weeks, so maybe I'll do that. I just can't deal with being your leader anymore, and I don't want to leave this town, but I just don't see it going anywhere anymore.

Nightmare, I know you are capable of doing this. You have insane work ethic and you've put in way more hours maintaining our farms and factories in the last 4 months than I have in the last year. I wish you all the luck in the world with this. Little Latvia is yours, do with it what you want.

So, farewell guys, it's been real.
