my dr added lithium to my medication regiment about a week and a half ago. the side effects have been fucking unbearable.

my hands will not stop shaking. ive always been a little shakey in general but this is so bad. i feel sick to my stomach all the time and haven’t really been able to eat. it feels like my brain is just not working. like i open my mouth to talk and just nothing comes out but it’s like there’s nothing there inside my head.

does this go away?? i can’t do this if it doesn’t. just this past week has been so fucking unbearable. it’s affecting my relationship with my partner. it’s affecting everything. i feel insane.
