Looking for action outside city, prefer under 40 minutes from Frederick.

Frederick is pretty dead, most I find is in Nova and in the city of Baltimore and Washington. I'm don't like the inner city traffic and parking, so I've been searching suburbs mostly found success in nova. I'm searching for a regular, the better they are the farther I am willing to travel. But short distance would be awesome. Let me know if you have any 20 F listcrawlers around DMV that are looking for regulars.
