Has anyone else tried an at-home TENS/STIM device? 10/10, can recommend
Post Body

Obviously not a doctor.

But my PT used electro therapy in our last session and it’s the best relief I’ve had since surgery 6 weeks ago. It also almost immediately improved my flexibility and feeling in my toes.

I asked if it’s something I could do at home, on a daily basis, and said go for it.

It was about $80, I use it 20 min twice a day—and I plan to use this baby all the way back to running and hiking again.

You can use it as a light massage/pain relief and for building muscle strength.

Anyone else find success in this daily approach?
