Post Body
Fell down a step at home on May bank holiday (may have had one too many 🍻), turns out I had a couple of breaks and a damage to the Lisfranc ligament.
Had my surgery to add a plate and two screws a couple of weeks ago. Sutures came out this Wednesday and got a cast put on.
It's been a big adaption getting used to being nwb, but I think the hardest part has been having to ask for/accept help! Has anyone else had that too?
Loving the active community here, hope you're all on the mend!
