Some DODI repacks never progress past "Elapsed Time"

Seems to be an issue with older repacks. For example Planet Coaster. Installer launches just fine, but after installation begins it's just stuck on "Elapsed Time..." for hours. Never makes any progress or shows "Remaining Time..".
Anyone else had this issue? His newer repacks I have no issue.
Arch - 5950x - 64GB Ram, Lutris with WINE-GE.
