Anybody able to help?

So i have this rtx 3090 FE. it wasnt displaying video, took it to a pc repair shop and they said the left bank of video chips (when the pcie slot is facing you) were not recieving any voltage, he said the card was shot. i did bake it as well to try and reflow the solder. Anybody able to help get it running if possible??
