How to improve my personal brand

I have over 22k followers (relevant to my field) but I have the worst engagement in my posts. I’m more of a curator than a creator. I’m an introvert and very private person so I never share anything personal/ never tag people etc… But I want to improve my personal brand and actually have real engagement on my posts. I’ve been posting daily (to try to stick with it) but I feel like it’s pointless given the roi… Any advice?
