Looking for a Specific Harness

I've been seeing the photo on the right floating around Reddit, but it doesn't seem that u/Emmpot posted herself. I missed my chance to ask her myself as it seems she's deleted all accounts related to the screen name.
Can any of you tell me where to find this harness? Or at least the company that designed/sells it? I've been scouring the net for a week and I can't seem to find it :(
