I need underwear recommendations, I'm picky - details enclosed
Post Body

I'm 4 foot 10, with current thyroid issues I'm 160, but after meds I'm expected to drop a lot of weight, hopefully to my normal 100-120. all my weight is my belly/chest/back and none in my hips, butt, or legs, so I doubt I'll need an XS after weight loss. Right now, I wear a S in most things, sometimes a medium.I'm considered an inverted triangle with a balanced torso (not short, not long), but legs are kinda longer than my torso

for years, my ex & collected undies together (I'm not worried about bras) but when he left I started over and just got some basic cotton hipsters. Problem is - I hate them. I hate the way the leg holes hit a certain spot on my outer hip/thigh. they're just grey. they're too tall. they stretch out throughout the day and slide down my tailbone because they have a thin band. it's some multipack i got on amazon.

all underwear must have a wide-ish top band, no thin waistbands or waistbands with exposed elastic. I like cotton best but it's hard to find colors i like in cotton. Dark greens, teals, dark blues, purples, dark reds, prints, small details like a tiny bit of lace, a single bow, ribbed texture, anything subtle.Thin leg bands okay. I wear pads because leaks too. I'm not willing to spend more than $30 on a single pair, but I'd like to get 3-4 pairs to try?

I made some notes for myself

what to try:
- bikini (notes: might not be high enough in the back to not slide down my tailbone, don't buy tiny looking ones because of mound/vulva coverage. Look for hi leg ones and/or higher in the back)
- bikini brief (notes: might be a good middle ground? since it's shorter in front & higher in back. Still look for higher leg though, I don't like leg openings that end at the top of my leg. Harder to find style)
- high leg brief (notes: liked these before, look for ones that aren't too high waisted, just higher in the outer leg, no string though)
- thongs with a wide waist band (notes: needs good front coverage, no g-string, wide fabric/whale tail only, probably only for sex)
- at least one silky pair (notes: pads might have trouble sticking, might only be "sex underwear")

things I hate:
- high waisted/vintage briefs (notes: having a balanced torso, but not short, and having narrow hips, it's just way way too much fabric, leg band ends too far down at the side of the hip, makes tummy/bellybutton itchy. GET RID OF ANY IN DRAWER I HATE THEM)
- hipsters (notes: would only work if they had high leg cuts, but the outer leg hole bugs me. Usually too tall, details hidden under belly)
- seamless panties (notes: too slippery, slides down my tailbone. very comfy though just needs some kind of flat waistband)
- tiny/string bikinis (notes: straight/square back edge not tall enough to not slide down tailbone. some bikinis don't have enough crotch/vulva coverage & exposes bush)
- cheekys (notes: weird hybrid of bikini & thong. Not enough bum to cup the back, could work with the right cut or gripping elastic around the bum)
- boyshorts (notes: "short" parts too short and bunches in thigh creases, can sometimes have vulva/crotch coverage issues, doesn't work with pads
- thin waistband/narrow or exposed elastic bands (notes: curl & itch, don't feel supportive)- mesh body or crotch (notes: ick)
