I’ll post the company after the company has had a chance to fix things or prove they won’t. We WANT them to keep us and our bros working.

Short story: our contract says all pay periods are Mon-Sun, and we must be paid by end of the work day the last day of the week. If not, the workers who are owed are paid an additional 8 hours of flat time for every 24 hour period until they are made whole.

Our double time from last week, according to our check stubs, is being applied to NEXT week. We have shown the contract to the foreman and Sup. who refuse to comply.

The crew has voted to give them until the end of the day SATERDAY to make it right, before calling our union rep. We can’t afford for them to take the 10 hours of DT away as punishment.

Their thoughts are- let the rat fucks pay everyone while we wait until Monday for the checks.

I have no other experienced Tramp Bros on the crew to bounce this off of- so I’m asking for advice.

Update: Spoke to the rep. From the time that he receives an email stating times dates and hours worked, the hall has 5 days to notify the company.

We will be filing grievances if we’re not paid for our full previous week at the end of our current work week. And let the ball sort them out.
