Switching from big IOU utility to small city utility?

Hello, currently working at SDGE. Very much considering going to low profile utility such as Anaheim Water and Power or Riverside Power. Main reason is hours aren’t fun anymore for me and barely see my kid. Money is great and thats what is keeping me. Anybody have info on those small utilities?
