HTC One (m7): Overheating and massive battery drain

Hello, yesterday I installed LineageOS (14.1-20170302-m7) on my HTC One (m7). It was my first time doing something with custom roms. Here are some of the problems I have:

Now I have the problem that while browsing the web with Google Chrome my phone gets really hot. I'm connected to Wifi. Bluetooth, GPS and cellular data are turned off.

The next thing is my battery. It drains really fast when I'm using the phone around 1% every minute. This was way better on the old stock android version. Tried Greenfiy, didn't help.

I had the problem that that I didn't get notifactions from WhatsApps, E-Mails (all set to push, an exchange account and an imap account) and Snapchat. I installed Push Notification Fixer and set the sync intervall to 5 mins. Put it only helped to fix my WhatsApp issue. I use the standard E-Mail app.

Can anyone help me ?
