It was a dark and stormy evening, one of those tempests you read in plays or in news articles from distant lands. Bullets of rain pelted the roof, filling the house with a dull drumbeat. I stare at the rivulets on the window, the mighty flashes of lightning and booms of thunder. I shake my head, hoping that the howling wind wouldn't shred my reinforced roof.

The power had blinked out about an hour ago and, after a bit of spotchecking and reassuring the fresheness of the fridges contents, I started a fire and settled into the front room with a book.

But still, even as I tried to lose myself with this quaint and curious tale of forgotten lore, the storm unnerved me, in a way I couldn't pinpoint. As if some strange destiny was screaming through it, and I couldn't grasp the enormity of it...

Until I heard it. The rapping upon my chamber door.

"Help!!" the decidedly female voice intoned through the howling tempest. "Let me in! I'm lost and I need someone's help!!"

So the general idea of this one is a weird slice of life thing in which one of my descendants is accidentally sent back in time and runs into me -- a person she immediately recognizes from old pictures. It can be up to you whether you tell me outright or try to play along, but there's a weird chemistry between us, and I can tell something's up...

Additionally, if you're interested, we could keep doing this down the line if you're willing to play multiple descendants. Breeding is a big kink of mine and there are plenty of generations to consider in the future.
