What a rough, rollercoaster of a year I just experienced. It started with being declared redundant at work and being let go after 12 years with the firm. It continued with me sending out resumes every day and drinking away my sorrows every night when they all proved to be fruitless. Then, after 2 months of being drunk and unemployed, my wife of 9 years announced she was leaving for a richer, younger, more ambitious, more jacked dude. I. 6 feet tall and fit for my age.
