Once History channels turned from being an education-based platform to a profit-based service, there was a noticeable difference in the quality of programing. Timeslots that were once reserved for informational documentaries on things like the Civil War or the Great Depression were soon replaced and filled by faux-scientific "documentaries" focused on things like the Nazi Occult & Alien grain silos.

One particular focus of this new programing revolved around that of ancient objects of power - things like the lost arc, the holy grail, or the Shroud of Turin. And so while these shows would speak of ancient artifacts and how they were lost to time, what they failed to uncover was this; the largest repository of magical artifacts in the world was located inside of a run-down second-hand store in the South Bronx.

"Jipetto's Knick-Knackery & Used Goods" Read the sign out front. Passing in through the front door, you'd be greeted to the chiming of an entrance bell and the sight of dozens upon dozens of rows of assorted junk. However, if you were the kind of person who knew things (and knew how to find certain items) you would know that, if you spoke to Jipetto himself and uttered the secret password, he would let you in around back.

Passing a sign that reads "one exotic item only per customer", you would be lead into a fine, lavishly decorated room that smelt of mahogany and aged wine. There, a curated assortment of goods would be found: each resting upon its own velvet pillow, atop individual podiums placed exactly three feet apart. Each item possesses it's own distinct and unique power.

The items are as follows:

• A Golden & Silver-Encrusted Pocketwatch, belonging to one Johnathan Princip of New Whales (dated 1741 on the back): This watch is believed to hypnotize any individual who gazes upon it's open watch-face for more than five seconds. Those who succumb to the watch's effects can then be ordered about by whomever was holding the watch during the hypnosis process.

• A pair of worn black aviators, missing the left-most nosepad & manufactured by some unknown company known only as Brackenwalt: These glasses appear to have the ability - or rather, the inability - to perceive cloth fabrics. Therefore, the wearer of these glasses is able to see any and all bystanders completely nude.

• A brushed-pink Polaroid camera, which does not have any slot or opening for inserting film: This object has the notable power of bringing about immediate unconsciousness to whomever is photographed by the picture. The effects last for exactly two hours on the dot, from then which the affected persons wakes up with no recollection of ever having been photographed by the device.

• A rainbow-colored slap-bracelet, presumably from 90's era fashion. Depicts a unicorn dancing through the stars on it's surface, and was first discovered by Roman Catholic priests in 1335: This snap bracelet, when worn around the wrist of an individual, grants the person complete invisibility. This invisibility applies to the slap-bracelet itself, but not to any other clothing upon the wearer itself.

• A remote control accessory for a 2006-era Playstation 2 - Slim: The remote control is missing all buttons except the pause and play button. When the pause button is pressed, all time ceases around the user - allowing them to move freely and unrestrained from time itself. When the play button is pressed, time resumes as normal.
