The Black New World Order has taken over democratically (see below for more detailed world building). We both play white men and women and explore the dynamic between the two.

Here are some ideas for characters and prompt, but I'm open to try other ones as well:

1. I'm a young white math teacher who grew up under the order, so I'm still a virgin and know my place as a whiteboi. You are my white female student. You are the most brilliant of my students so we become close and I develop a crush for you, although we both know it's not meant to be. In the meantime, you become enamoured of a Black student who is part of the school's basketball team, but being still a virgin, you are still anxious about approaching him and you come to me for support.
2. We are a young white couple during the BNWO cultural revolution. We become increasingly supportive of the movement and come to terms with our natural place as whites and support each other in that change during the Order's rise to power.
3. You are my daughter and become a supporter of the Order right before the cultural revolution. I'm against the movement at first but you help me come to terms with the natural order of races and I convert to the cause.

I would prefer long-term rp but short-term is fine as well.

Social Change

The Black New World Order took over progressively. It was not a violent uprising but rather a cultural change.

What started as a kink that most people were ashamed of slowly turned into a much broader societal change.

Suddenly, it became socially acceptable to publicaly admit being part of the movement. Younger generations led the way. Whiteness became cringe and shameful. Both male and female whites started to idolize black figures and reject their own race and heritage. It quickly spread to other parts of society.

It was a liberating experience. White public figures came out as snowbunnies and whitebois, coworkers, family members admitted to each other they were part of the movement. It felt like being part of something bigger than themselves, something important.

For some reason, admitting the defeat of their race was a thrilling experience for whites. It felt like a natural urge to them, as if they were giving in to something they already felt deep down. It quickly became clear that this whole movement was based on a biological reality.

White women could finally give in to their instinctive desire for strong dominant men, and white men could quit pretending and accept their inferiority. It became widely accepted that the natural white attitude and mindset was simply to be submissive and docile.

Because of the biologogical nature of this change, the shift in society happened very fast. White on white relationships were seen as gross and unnatural by most people. The depiction of black and white people in movies shifted drastically.

Rise to Power

This societal change gave way to a political one, and to the world we know today. The New Order was democratically elected in a landslide victory. Among the measures advertised during its campaign was the removal of voting rights for all white citizens, which it implemented during its first year in office.

The Modern White

The new generation of whites are brought up in the BNWO values. White girls grow up with strong black men as their only potential partners, and are made to see themselves as gifts to be offered to the supperior race. Pleasing black men is seen as their ultimate purpose.

On the other hand, white males are taught early on that they are not supposed to reproduce and should remain virgin.

One interesting thing is that white men are still very much attracted to white women. Research showed that the acceptance rate is actually much higher when those feelings are normalized as opposed to attempts at desexualizing white males. Being attracted to white females is not something to be ashamed of, as long as they know those urges are not something to ever be fulfilled. Their lower levels of testosterone and the natural inclination of the white race as a whole towards submissiveness means that white males have no trouble finding their place as passive observers, just as much as white girls do not need much encouragement to please black men. It is part of their genetic composition. It just feels right for everyone.

Since the new order government took office, porn access is now state controlled. Any white on white pornographic content is of course illegal, and depiction of women's genitals or breasts in video, photo, or drawings is forbidden to white males. However, softcore black on white content is accessible to white males over the age of 21. Hardcore black on white pornography is allowed for white women and non-explicit advertisement for websites dedicated to it is common on street signs and television.

To ensure proper development, the order made the wearing of a chastity cage mandatory for white males during young adulthood. It has two main benefits. First, it halts penis growth, which ensures that the already inadequate attributes of the remaining male population stays sexually harmless. Some region even have rules for a yearly decrease in cage size.

Second, and most important benefit is behaviour enhancement. It's well known that long term orgasm denial in males greatly increases their submissive tendencies. By keeping their urges unfulfilled, they turn increasingly more docile in a subconscious hope of somehow getting a release in return of their good behaviour. This effect is particularly noticeable in their interactions towards women, and is somewhat reminiscent of how dogs behave around humans holding dog treats. Of course, in the case of white males, there is never expectations of anything in return, and they quickly learn to accept their condition.

This made the new generation of white bois very much in line with their natural tendencies: timid, gentle, and harmless. The caging process is never seen as something negative or restrictive, but rather as a tool to further the white race's acceptance of their inferiority.

Platonic snowbunny/whiteboi Relationships

A new type of online content that is becoming popular among white males is whiteboi motivational content: short videos or captions shared between white males depicting ways to show appreciation and support to white women in a respectful and harmless manner. Without explicit imagery to tempt them or expectations for any form of intimacy, white males find satisfaction in showing proper whiteboi behaviour and being validated for it. This could be offering thoughtful gifts to a girl they like, talking to a black man on behalf of a white female friend too shy to do it herself, or being an emotional support for her when things go wrong in her romantic life.

While white women have no sexual interest in whitebois, most are very accepting of their feelings. With the myth of white virility long gone, whitebois are now much more open about how they feel and are socially encouraged to show their vulnerable side. Friendzoning, which used to be seen as a negative thing, is now commonplace among the white population. Whitebois are seen as cute harmless companions among some young white females.

Whiteboi inclusivity plays a vital role in the road to a peaceful, complete submission of the white race to their superiors. The vast majority of modern white males have no actual desire for intimacy with white women. In fact, most would be very intimidated by the idea. Nonetheless, they can still experience a strong attraction towards white females, which can often be confusing to them.

Hearing from white women that they are indeed doing the right thing can be of great help to them. Simply by making them feel included, reminding them of the superiority of black men, and helping them understand that the frustration and confusion they experience is a perfectly natural consequence of the inferiority of their own race is key to their acceptance. In return, truly appreciating the vulnerability and weakness of white males during such exchanges can further cement the natural superiority of the black race in a white woman's mind.

This can lead to very strong bonding experience between whites, and platonic snowbunny/whiteboi relationships based on support and encouragement is one of the backbones of peaceful white submission.
