This would be mother and son/daughter on a day out on the town. I'm happy to play either role but I will have a dick. The younger one would be drinking constantly and so pretty much always need to pee. For various reasons, each location doesn't have an available toilet, either it's closed/broken or the lines are too long or the opportunity to go to it isn't available.
Some locations I have in mind are a crowded supermarket, on the train, at the park, in a movie theatre, in line at an amusement park, a random alleyway, and anything else we can come up with. The point is to make a huge mess in public with it.
On top of that, the younger one could also be a bit of a quick shot, getting hard after emptying their bladder each time and needing the older one's help to take care of it, making even more of a mess. Later on, the older one could need to finally relieve themselves and will make use of the younger one to do so. I do have a strong preference for small cocks, like, <4" fyi
