The war was over relatively quickly as wars go. Our country invaded yours and 7 months later your leaders surrendered.
I am the captain of platoon of men that now occupy your town. None of us have had sex since the war started.
I have commandeered the best hotel in town as our headquarters and this is where my men will sleep.
I have the largest suite of rooms. Three bedroom suite. One is my office. The others are for other purposes.
Most of the men of your town have not returned. Either captured or killed in the war.
I send my men out to bring all attractive women over the age of 18 to the hotel with their hands cuffed behind their backs. Also, tell them to put collars and leashes on them. Strip them down to bra and panties.
