For weeks now, you’ve had the unshakable feeling of being watched. You can’t quite place it, but something just feels…off. The primal part of your brain that can sense danger has been buzzing almost nonstop. Even though you try to ignore it, try to rationalize it and justify it to yourself, you still have a feeling that something is fundamentally wrong.

Then things started going missing. At first it was innocuous things you could explain away: a sock, a glass, the batteries to the remote. But recently, it’s become more noticeable. You check the doors and windows every night to make sure they are locked. Some mornings when you check again, one of them is unlocked. The doubt is beginning to build up. You’ve been under pressure at work lately, is it just the stress starting to get to you? Making you see patterns that don’t exist? Or is it something more?

When you woke up in the morning, there was a not on your nightstand. It was torn from the page of one of your journals and simply said ‘Today,’ in what looked like your handwriting. Was it real? Did you write? Did someone leave it there? All your doubts and paranoia boil to the surface.

As you go through your day, you will be on high alert verging on a nervous wreck. Is someone following you? When will they take you? Who is it? Someone you know? Someone you’ve already interacted with?

I won’t reveal myself until I choose to, but when I do you will know there is no escape. Part of you may feel some relief that the uncertainty is over, but the nightmare is only just beginning…

Hey – I’m looking to play out a stalker/non-con story. My character will be obsessed with you (am I a jealous ex? A co-worker? A stranger who just caught a glance of you? The barista you never notice?) and begin a relentless campaign of psychological torture culminating in a kidnapping. From there the possibilities are endless.
