They are at the top of society and hold all the positions of power along with a special class of bulls known as breeders who are the ones permitted to go out day or night and impregnate or abuse any cuck or woman they see they work somewhat as priests delivering the power of superior male DNA and appendages straight to anyone's holes. Due to the generations of select eugenics practices even the smallest men would be considered hung today with the bottom rung of cuck slaves clocking in at 7 inches hard with the bulls maxing at around 15-20 on average
