How much did i screw up

Hi.
So im at a concert shoot and they wanted same day photo edit for promos. So i usually put cards in reader and go from there, but reader is broken so i tried direct transfer from camera (Canon 5DMKIII). Issue is camera died at 90% transfer and i have 1 hour until the next battery is fully charged to be ready for a show in 2 hours. Are all my files gone or can some still be saved if i put new battery in and wait for it to complete?
