Help identifying bowl light fixtures

Hi, im in Sydney Australia. I'm having trouble working out what these fittings are called and where I can buy replacements. Also, if there are any other fittings that would affix to this type that would be great as they have changed the angle of the light globe on a couple making the bowl not fit.
