Ok, so I’ve been an iPhone user since they came out. But, thanks to work, my phone is locked in a box all day during work hours. Made me really reevaluate my need for a smart phone.
I’ve been on the fence about getting a Light Phone, and now even more so now that the LPIII is in pre-order, but has anyone used any other options to limit phone use?
I came across the Assistive Access feature and it looks like it might help, but I don’t know if I want the temptation of being able to turn it on/off.
Does anyone have any real regrets for cutting the smart phones out? Totally get the detox period, I just see used ones pop up on eBay now and again.
