I remember quite well the light novel was about a guy who discovered that he had a telekinetic ability when he was still young and he trains it untill he is able to separate a part of its "soul" to attach it to other people and give them superpowers, then he gives superpowers to a girl that is quite well off so that she can help him financially in creating a guild/team of people like them.
