Although I've seen other posts asking the same question they weren't specific enough to get good answers. I am looking for:
-Person in an older time period with modern knowledge -Industrial revelation led by protag (or a time period post revolution) -At very minimum WW1 weapons -Of similar writing quality to TOS -Preferably historical rather than fantasy
The only other thing I've read that comes close is reincarnated as an imperial prince
TL:DR: Country building set in the past with WW1 and onwards technology. Extra points for technological superiority
