my hair is 34” long. i like to take good care of it but ive been in chlorine everyday for the past 9 days, lifeguarding and swimming. i work at a water park so when we close i swim laps around the lazy river because it pushes me and it feels like i’m swimming all fast lol, and like to dive into the 12ft deep pool off our platform.

BUT MY HAIR! it’s been so brittle and damaged. i use hair oil and try to wash the chlorine off with water as soon as i can but usually i’ll go swim AFTER work too. My hair touches chlorine by 11 am and i don’t get to rinse it until about 10 pm. ANY TIPS? (i don’t wear a swim cap…. i know i should but i’m not allowed while guarding and just don’t like them. lol)
