So I'm making a document for my YMCA star programs. In the swimming lessons we have optional criteria and none of the guards know how to teach synchro moves( I dont either)

I'm having trouble finding some of the description for the moves. I'm going to out down the ones I have as wells as the ones I don't (always good to get another description!)
