Semi big step

I applied to be head guard at the YMCA I work at in bc. I found out today that I have an interview for the job. I've guarded for a year and bit now plus special Olympics volunteer experience and other stuff. I'm pretty well off and I already do semi head guard duties as in I help the guards improve. I make sure to help them improve if they think they need to or if I see something.
I just don't know what I would be asked in the interview and how it will go any tips u peeps can give out
