LPT If a physio gives you exercises to do, do them.

I'm a 24 year old with a degrading knee condition that could have been slowed if I started doing my physio exercises 10 years ago when I was diagnosed.
Like many I couldn't find time for it until this year when I made time and the degradation has slowed but unfortunately it has rendered me unable to walk unaided some days.
All because 14 year old me couldn't find time for my physio. Don't be like me. Be sensible and help yourself out.
